FACT is seeking an Ethnographic research Coordinator and a Research Assistant in Hanoi office.
The Families and Communities in Transition (FACT) research project is part of the Population Research Institute at Pennsylvania State University.  It is operated in Vietnam in cooperation with the Vietnam Academy of Social Science. FACT focuses on research examining the nature of social changes and how social change impacts communities, families, and individuals.   We are particularly interested in mixed-methods research using mutually reinforcing qualitative and quantitative data, in interdisciplinary research drawing from multiple perspectives (e.g., sociology, economics, anthropology, demography, media studies), and in research designs that pay careful attention to causation and selection.
If you are interested in working in our project, please find more information about job vacancies at Fact at http://projects.pop.psu.edu/fact/news/job-postings/ethnographic-research-coordinator-job-posting/view and http://projects.pop.psu.edu/fact/news/job-postings/research-assistant/view
